He's very professional and always leaves us feeling reassured that we paid for quality work. I'm sure this company has other great plumbers but we will definitely be requesting Conrad for our future repairs.

He not only fixed the problem, he explained what he was doing and I could recognize where I had gone wrong. He also indicated how I could tune up my toilets to imorove the swirling action on flushing. He finished the job in about a half hour on which I had wasted two days already. Everything he needed was in his truck. Well worth the $$.
