Tried to fix a minor sink leak the simple way at first to save me money, only later then had to do the more expensive full repair. A slowly dripping faucet was no big deal so the plumber tried to save me money by seeing if cleaning the aerator was sufficient. When that was not, a quick second visit was required for the more expensive replacement of cartridges. Several other household fixes were also required. All were done well and I appreciate that they tried first to save me money by seeing if the quick fix on the sink was sufficient. For plumbing needs including sump pumps I've dealt exclusively with BMW Plumbing at my large house for years, always good experiences.
