Andy phoned to tell me he'd be about 10 minutes later than the time frame originally given me and I appreciated his courtesy in doing so. He handled the problem efficiently and easily and we were both relieved that it wasn't any worse.

He diagnosed and repaired the problems quickly and efficiently , and even managed to improve things that i hadn't even thought of. I could not have asked for faster or better service. BMW now has my business going forward. Thank you !
