quick and professional I called in the morning for an ejector pump problem and within 45 minutes Conrad from BMW arrived. He was professional, fixed the problem and also answered other questions. Tom was highly professional and very knowledgeable. Took the time to Explained everything to me and what he was doing to fix the situation. Less then an hour later I had operating plumbing in my basement! I highly recommend BMW Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs

See MoreTimely, professional response on a Holiday Weekend BMW was very responsive on the Sunday between Christmas and New Years when I was not able to connect with my regular plumber. They addressed the immediate issue of water backing up into our bathroom shower within a couple of hours of our initial phone call, and followed up the next day to see if we needed their participation in the longer term solution. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
