My dad recently went to Port Orchard Dental Excellence for dentures, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He was very nervous going in—he still had four upper teeth that needed to be extracted, and since he talks for a living on his radio show, he was worried about how the dentures would look and sound. From start to finish, the entire staff made the process so much easier. The front desk team, dental assistants, and everyone we interacted with were personable, kind, and incredibly understanding. They took the time to answer every single one of his questions, which really helped ease his nerves. They even accommodated his wheelchair without any issue, which we really appreciated. On the big day, the dentist, Dr. Ostergren, did the extractions and delivered the dentures all in the same visit. He was so quick and efficient that my dad didn’t feel any pain during the extractions, and the dentures came out looking amazing—not bulky or fake at all, exactly what my dad was hoping for. The fit and look gave him his confidence back right away. Even better, my dad’s wife was absolutely amazed and so happy with the results—it was almost like it gave my dad his spark back. Seeing him smile again with so much confidence meant the world to her and to our family. Dr. Ostergren is not only skilled at what he does, but also friendly, personable, and (bonus!) very easy on the eyes. The whole office truly cares about their patients, and it shows. If you or a loved one are nervous about dental work or dentures, I can’t recommend Port Orchard Dental Excellence enough. They gave my dad his smile—and his spark—back, and made the whole process a positive one from start to finish
