Peter, the sales assistant was fantastic. His passion and knowledge for the product he is selling is second to none. Not only did he tell me all about the bike, but introduced me to clubs and gave me information on tracks in the area that I should ride, given that I’m new to the area. Overall, I had a great experience. I love my new Trek, he sold me what I wanted/needed and didn’t try to oversell me on a more expensive product. He took the time to find out what I needed in a new bike and that’s exactly what I walked out with.

Could not recommend this store enough. The staff were lovely to deal with and gave us a lot of their time and attention to help select the right helmet for kids and set up my daughters bike with a water bottle holder (right before closing - sorry guys!!) what a great experience, rare these days!
