I had some of the best customer service from Mat, Tom, and Koby. Between the 3 of them, they got me fixed up with a new road bike for my sprint triathlon within 2 days as my previous bike had recently been stolen and the triathlon was 3 days away. Providing great recommendations and giving me good prices, they went above and beyond in assisting me.
Just to top it off, they were all very friendly and skilled and outgoing.

Love my dual suspension Fuel EX bike and the quality of service I have received from Trek since has been excellent. Super smooth to ride. Handles the trails great. And more than anything else I just received a glimpse into their “surprise and delight” policy today and it really did. I had a great experience at Trek Bike Shop thanks to Tom. He assisted us very well and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions and make sure we got exactly what we needed. He was also great with my son Levi while we were trying to get a helmet for him, which we really appreciated. His customer service made the visit easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Tom if you visit the store!

Matt & Tom are awesome - originally came in on Saturday to buy some Oakley riding glasses and saw a beautiful Fuel ex 9.8 on display. Ended up buying it off Matt a few days later.

Peter, the sales assistant was fantastic. His passion and knowledge for the product he is selling is second to none. Not only did he tell me all about the bike, but introduced me to clubs and gave me information on tracks in the area that I should ride, given that I’m new to the area. Overall, I had a great experience. I love my new Trek, he sold me what I wanted/needed and didn’t try to oversell me on a more expensive product. He took the time to find out what I needed in a new bike and that’s exactly what I walked out with.
