What can I say from the time I walked in the shop I was acknowledged as staff were busy.
When I was served It as if I was family.
The guys know their stuff they make sure you are aware of what you are buying and it's full operation and safety.

The service was good from the first day coming in for advice and a bit of a test cycle, to the next day when my son made up his mind on his new MTB.
No hard sell and real focus on working with us to find the best ride for my son. Minor downside was on the test / advice day a medium bike with a smaller saddle seat post was used. Unfortunately this wasn’t discussed again on the day meaning the standard seat post is just a little too tall for our son to ride comfortably.
All in all, good service. Can’t recall the name of the fella that assisted us in Joondalup but for passing on our thanks, he’s the guy covered in tattoos - he connected well with both myself and my son showing good patience along the way.

The helmet was a great fit with great safety tech and looks awesome.the shoes fit perfect and were very light so were the clipless pedals. i came away with a fantastic shopping experience. even got great dicounts for the purchase that i got. i came back the next day and the team even helped me with my cliplees pedals. highly recommeded products but best of all is the staff. i will come back for all my cycling needs and service.

So far I have owned my FX1 for about a week and have ridden it daily, for a bike in the cheaper range I have nothing but positive feedback to give on the bike so far, I was concerned it would be to stiff and the tyres were to skinny. As a beginner cyclist I was so surprised as to how well this bike holds up against other bikes I own and other bikes my friends own.
From one beginner to another, who plans on using this bike on the tarmac and pathways this will be your go to.
I Purchased my bike from the Joondalup store in Perth and the staff are great, super knowledgeable and were more than happy to answer my question and get the bike that suited me best. 10/10!
