So far I have owned my FX1 for about a week and have ridden it daily, for a bike in the cheaper range I have nothing but positive feedback to give on the bike so far, I was concerned it would be to stiff and the tyres were to skinny. As a beginner cyclist I was so surprised as to how well this bike holds up against other bikes I own and other bikes my friends own.
From one beginner to another, who plans on using this bike on the tarmac and pathways this will be your go to.
I Purchased my bike from the Joondalup store in Perth and the staff are great, super knowledgeable and were more than happy to answer my question and get the bike that suited me best. 10/10!

Exceptional customer service. My daughter needed a bike. Went to a few shops. Customer service trumps price always. They allowed my daughter to test ride the bike. Staff member was not pushy. Gave us just facts and benefits. After visiting around 3 other stores we went back to Trek Joondalup. Had a few accessories fitted free of charge (fitment). They even put no leak in each of the wheels for free.

Absolute 5 class service. I don't know if I'm happier with my new Checkpoint SL5 or the service I received from Wiaan in store.
