Exceptional customer service. My daughter needed a bike. Went to a few shops. Customer service trumps price always. They allowed my daughter to test ride the bike. Staff member was not pushy. Gave us just facts and benefits. After visiting around 3 other stores we went back to Trek Joondalup. Had a few accessories fitted free of charge (fitment). They even put no leak in each of the wheels for free.

Absolute 5 class service. I don't know if I'm happier with my new Checkpoint SL5 or the service I received from Wiaan in store. Walked into the trek store on a whim as I was looking for another store in Joondalup. I’m delighted I did. I ended up talking to Jeremy and the friendly team about what I was looking for in a mountain bike. They were all super helpful in sharing their knowledge and experience to guide my decisions. I went back in today and purchased a Roscoe. Every part of my experience was excellent. Cannot recommend enough.
