I've been casually hunting for a bike for a couple months now, and luckily for me Trek Joondalup was one of the shops I visited. We were served by Jeremy who was a breath of fresh air. So helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave me a great experiance especially as I am knew to MTBs. I hired a demo bike for the day and he helped me get set up. honestly, if you're bike shopping, go and visit Jeremy. Thank me later.
