I liked the way we were dealt with from the moment we walked in the door. The salesman at the time i think was the manager, he knew the products and was very professional. The bike we bought was for my daughter so he showed her the range of bikes and set her up with one on display and let her test ride it. He initially didn't think there was one in stock so he took a walk out the back of the shop and found he had the colour and size we wanted. This is an excellent showroom with everything well laid out and room to move around. The Retail Team are all fantastic. They are on hand to advise, without being pushy and in your face. I bought the Marlin 7 and I love it. Jeremy was my point-of-contact on my many visits and he really made the whole experience about me making the right choice at the time I felt was right. I would recommend them to anyone and as the team have gained my trust, I can see no reason to expect better anywhere else.

We have been loyal Trek customers for a few years. As Trek doesn’t sell bike carriers I bought mine at Anaconda. Whilst servicing my Trek bike, I was hoping for a mechanic to have a look at the carrier (as my previous one had broken down with the little one inside) to have a quick check (who else do you have to ask if a bike mechanic can’t do this?) Not even willing to listen to my concerns. Shut me off mid-conversation. No empathy, no willingness to hear me out. They also have no decent project management system. I was told to come in today but none of them knew about it. Not the first time either. Great place if you want to buy a bike. Not so much once you are a customer.

Sent my bike for a service and to fix my front wobbling tyre. They said it can’t be fixed but can change the wheel itself for $150. Did that and surprise it is still wobbling. Told them right there straight away and they can only say oh it’s fine a little one is not a problem. Left the bike there for two more days. Nothing was done to it and today when I got there to take it, showed the front tyre to one of the shop attendant again and his says nothing can be done as if it is my problem now. Very poor service and very bad customer service in that criteria. I will call head office customer service first thing Monday.

As soon as I walked in I see one of the staff members swearing to someone on the phone as I think to my self should I even go here these people are so rude then I just walk out the door thinking to my self should I go to giant bikes

Worst experience in a bike shop in my 20 years of cycling. Guy was totally rude to my niece of 7 even before asking how he can help. Will never by from this shop!
