Trek Joondalup are staffed by people who care about their customers. The store looks fantastic, location good! If I could always buy products from trek the rest of my life I would. Recently had a low blood sugar attack so I can’t ride for a while. But my doctors say I will one day soon. So I haven’t worked couldn’t afford to pay off my trek marlin 7 lay by or buy my daughter her first trek bike. After the way I was treated with such human dignity and respect I would love to spend all my money and time in trek Joondalup! Great manager and great staff! Thank you for treating me with such humility!

Jack and Jeremy both know their stuff. They provided valuable advice on which type of mtb would be best. We tried many other brands, and looked at altertnatives, but the Trek build and groupset offered better quality and look and feel.
Jeremy was also very welcoming and friendly, followed up with a phone call for the delivery. Very professional service, unlike other experience we had with other bike shops.

I liked the way we were dealt with from the moment we walked in the door. The salesman at the time i think was the manager, he knew the products and was very professional. The bike we bought was for my daughter so he showed her the range of bikes and set her up with one on display and let her test ride it. He initially didn't think there was one in stock so he took a walk out the back of the shop and found he had the colour and size we wanted. This is an excellent showroom with everything well laid out and room to move around. The Retail Team are all fantastic. They are on hand to advise, without being pushy and in your face. I bought the Marlin 7 and I love it. Jeremy was my point-of-contact on my many visits and he really made the whole experience about me making the right choice at the time I felt was right. I would recommend them to anyone and as the team have gained my trust, I can see no reason to expect better anywhere else.
