Tom was also very friendly and installed the pedal and did a very good seat/height check for me.

Matt was awesome, serviced my beloved Trek Checkpoint to a high standard, and picked up on adjustments that needed to be made to my seat and handlebars, my bike runs like a dream and is much more comfortable now! We purchased a Trek Marlin 7 for my youngest son from here a few years ago and it’s been an awesome little school mule. Last week I took it back in for a general tidy up and some minor repairs in readiness to sell it on marketplace this week. Matt went over and above the call of duty to help me out coming in under budget and turning the bike around in 24 hours. We have several other bikes which Matt will now look after for me as he really is the ultimate professional. Who said customer service is dead…..this bloke is killing it. Definitely go see him if you are looking for a new place near Joondalup to look after any of your pushies.

From first walking into the shop Matt has been brilliant, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
We have purchased an e-bike to take back to England, everything has been safely packed by Matt, ready to go. We have been kept updated from ordering the bike to delivery, absolutely no issues.
