We have been loyal Trek customers for a few years. As Trek doesn’t sell bike carriers I bought mine at Anaconda. Whilst servicing my Trek bike, I was hoping for a mechanic to have a look at the carrier (as my previous one had broken down with the little one inside) to have a quick check (who else do you have to ask if a bike mechanic can’t do this?) Not even willing to listen to my concerns. Shut me off mid-conversation. No empathy, no willingness to hear me out. They also have no decent project management system. I was told to come in today but none of them knew about it. Not the first time either. Great place if you want to buy a bike. Not so much once you are a customer.
