I now live in Joondalup and chose Trek Joondalup to service my road bike a month ago. The manager advised it couldn't be done straight away as he was short on staff. We called last week to ask for a status and did not get a call back. I went in today and there were five staff there and they were doing an on-the-spot service while my bike was gathering dust in the corner and had not even been started. I only put it in for a routine service and a new seat - and they couldn't do that in 4 weeks! will go elsewhere.

Promised to have a spoke repaired on Monday when I brought it on Saturday. Phoned at lunch time to follow-up at 12 again at 15:45 and again 16:15. Just to be told at 16:50 in store that it will not be done. I will not go to the Joondalup store again.

We have been loyal Trek customers for a few years. As Trek doesn’t sell bike carriers I bought mine at Anaconda. Whilst servicing my Trek bike, I was hoping for a mechanic to have a look at the carrier (as my previous one had broken down with the little one inside) to have a quick check (who else do you have to ask if a bike mechanic can’t do this?) Not even willing to listen to my concerns. Shut me off mid-conversation. No empathy, no willingness to hear me out. They also have no decent project management system. I was told to come in today but none of them knew about it. Not the first time either. Great place if you want to buy a bike. Not so much once you are a customer.

Sent my bike for a service and to fix my front wobbling tyre. They said it can’t be fixed but can change the wheel itself for $150. Did that and surprise it is still wobbling. Told them right there straight away and they can only say oh it’s fine a little one is not a problem. Left the bike there for two more days. Nothing was done to it and today when I got there to take it, showed the front tyre to one of the shop attendant again and his says nothing can be done as if it is my problem now. Very poor service and very bad customer service in that criteria. I will call head office customer service first thing Monday.

As soon as I walked in I see one of the staff members swearing to someone on the phone as I think to my self should I even go here these people are so rude then I just walk out the door thinking to my self should I go to giant bikes

I went into this store last Sunday. Was in the store for at least 20mins. Was not greeted not offered any service and ignored by all staff members. Congratulations I'm never going back to your store.
