Shout out to Matt and Jasper at Joondalup Trek and the fantastic service received today. No pun intended but they go the extra mile (and gear) in customer service and are wheely great.
I'd bought a pre-loved Trek bike and I needed lights and accessories and some advice. I took the bike to the store. Matt and Jasper couldn't have been more helpful explaining why the Bontrager Light ION 100 city set lights was best for my bike.
Matt and Jasper also very kindly offered me some cleat pedals and a bell for free - they were cast offs from another second hand bike.
