My husband recently was fortunate to buy his ultimate dream bike. It was a long process, with him agonising over colour choice for MONTHS! He made regular visits to the Joondalup Trek store discussing, and rediscussing his options. At that point, it was still just a dream. Regardless, Trek Joondalup greet him with enthusiasm and answered his endless questions happily. When finally came the day that we could order the bike, Trek Joondalup helped us organise a little surprise party in-store for him, and joined the celebration as if it were their own bike!! When the bike arrived, the level of enthusiasm in the store was amazing. For my husband, purchasing this bike has been a journey, and this team made it epic for him from the start. Anytime I went into the store, for any reason, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were quick to help, knowledgeable and happy to ask a colleague if they weren’t sure.
