We had one of our best ever experience in customer service at Trek Joondalup. From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by the manager, Jeremy who made us feel like we were meeting family! Little did we know but we actually were joining the Trek family. We had heard of Trek but had never gone into one of their stores. Joondalup Trek is a busy store, yet Jeremy and Jack, another awesome staff member, spent the time to get know us and our cycle interests. Then they introduced us and educated us on the bikes. After, we ended up organizing a time to have a trial. It wasn’t just any trial because Jeremy and Jack ensured that the bikes were set up specifically for our bodies and the type of riding we aimed to do. After that experience, we knew that we could not live without these bikes or ever be as happy or comfortable on anything else. We bought two bikes!
