We had one of our best ever experience in customer service at Trek Joondalup. From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by the manager, Jeremy who made us feel like we were meeting family! Little did we know but we actually were joining the Trek family. We had heard of Trek but had never gone into one of their stores. Joondalup Trek is a busy store, yet Jeremy and Jack, another awesome staff member, spent the time to get know us and our cycle interests. Then they introduced us and educated us on the bikes. After, we ended up organizing a time to have a trial. It wasn’t just any trial because Jeremy and Jack ensured that the bikes were set up specifically for our bodies and the type of riding we aimed to do. After that experience, we knew that we could not live without these bikes or ever be as happy or comfortable on anything else. We bought two bikes! Amazing Service. Recently went in the store to buy a bike for my daughter. The store did not have her size in the model we were after. But the assistant found one at a different location. Which we got - Thanks.
I then went in looking for a bike for myself. I dealt with Jeremy - What an awesome guy he is. Unfortunately the store didn't have the right size of bike. Jeremy spent ages looking for one - but there was nothing available for a few weeks.
For me this is where he went over and beyond .... he wasn't pushy on selling me a Trek Bike - instead (knowing I wanted a bike ASAP) he suggested an alternative store (non Trek) and gave me advice on what to get in terms of size, colour, etc. When shopping around I had a few people trying to put me on a bigger bike. Thank god I had Jeremy's advice.
I even went in today for other bits... Jeremy again was all too happy to help and advise and took the time to help me.. again going over and beyond.
Trek Joondalup/Australia - you are lucky to have this guy in your store. I am lucky to have bumped into him.
Needless to say ... I got a myself Trek bike (be it from a different Trek store) but I will be using Trek Joondalup and Jeremy in the future for all my biking needs. Amazing guy and amazing service.

Excellent service from Ian. I was after some parts for my Thule bike rack and he went out of his way to check with the manufacturer if they were available and got them delivered to the store. He also helped me with recommending a lock for my e bike. It also seems to be a well stocked store and good layout.
Much better experience than I had at 99 bikes in Joondalup!

Trek Joondalup has come through once more. Had a fall in a group ride and the Emonda needed some obvious repairs as a safety once over. The mechanic, Wayne, did a a great job and treated my ride as if it was his own. Obviously take great pride in his work, and nice bloke to boot. Picked up a new Velocis MIPS lid to replace my smashed Giro, and its a beautifully finished comfortable bit of kit. Ready for the Dams challenge. :-)
