From reserving bikes, matching deals across stores, to making refund processes as easy as possible (no need to go instore, and received a timely follow-up phone call to let me know everything was processed), I really admire that the team doesn't complicate things for the customers. That kind of customer service is rare these days. I'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!
