Tanner was super helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, I loved that his advice was aimed at getting me out the door with everything I needed and not once tried to pushy me beyond my budget.
My bike had to be ordered but arrived early :) and was ready to go when I came in to pick it up, Tanner even helped load it into the car.
Great experience all round and hitting the trails the next day was amazing on the new bike!

We visited the store to buy a new bike for our daughter. We dealt with Tanner, who was extremely helpful and friendly. The store is amazing with a wide variety of bikes, gear and accessories. The whole premises is kept in immaculate condition and the workshop was so clean and tidy, I would more than likely eat my dinner from the floor. I will be definitely be visiting again, highly recommended! Thanks guys.

Customer Service when I walked in was fantastic. I was greeted in a very friendly way. The workshop guys are also great. They know their stuff and were able to solve my issues. I got told that my (very) dirty and clogged chain was partly to blame for one of my issues, but also told how to keep it clean coming into the warm and dry weather. Great service again.
