I was there ready to buy one bike my budget was 2k but I was s asking simple questionslike how can I know my size, or what’s the difference between this model and this one. Unfortunately, the guy seem not to care, so I got frustrated and decided not to buy anything hopefully they improve their service

Walked in around 12.20 on a wed, no one greeted me, no one offered any service. Only one other customer in the store chatting to staff member at the front counter. Nice looking bikes but customer service was lacking.

Took my trek checkpoint in for one reason - extra climbing range ahead of SeVen! After a couple of days I took a call with an option - an all-or-nothing change to 1x. I gave the go ahead - ‘go for it’ were my exact words. A couple of days later I went to pick up my bike. The bike was setup exactly the same as I brought it in - except with a new cassette and chain! I was charged $433 to have the exact same bike I brought in, and no closer to any extra climbing range. The worker was apologetic but $433 is a heap of money and I’m bitterly disappointed.

Went in last week to buy a bike. Didn’t get approached despite being the only customer in the store, for more than 10 minutes. I eventually went looking for someone who reluctantly helped. The information he gave was fine, but he wasn’t interested. I wanted to buy a $1000 bike with multiple accessories which he said “I can’t have today because it’s not built but I can come back during the week”. I was frustrated that I couldn’t walk out with a new bike.
I gave my details and left a bit annoyed but understood.
During the week, I get a call saying the bike I wanted is in and built to which I said I would be in either Thursday night or the weekend, only to learn they aren’t open past 5 on Thursday anyways. I went in on Sunday to buy the bike I asked for, only to find out they sold it the day before. The same sale rep wasn’t even sorry, didn’t offer any other solution other than ‘wait another few days’ or ‘buy the other colour I don’t want’. Why not offer me the other colour with a free drink bottle or something to show a little sympathy but instead, nothing. Just poor service.. surprised this place has 4.8 star reviews..

Very Very bad experience. Went for bicycle servicing but they refuse doing small jobs & push to get the whole cycle overhaul with extremely high prices. The staff is non-cooperative,arrogant & non-courteous. Never ever go to them.
