I was there ready to buy one bike my budget was 2k but I was s asking simple questionslike how can I know my size, or what’s the difference between this model and this one. Unfortunately, the guy seem not to care, so I got frustrated and decided not to buy anything hopefully they improve their service

Walked in around 12.20 on a wed, no one greeted me, no one offered any service. Only one other customer in the store chatting to staff member at the front counter. Nice looking bikes but customer service was lacking.

Took my trek checkpoint in for one reason - extra climbing range ahead of SeVen! After a couple of days I took a call with an option - an all-or-nothing change to 1x. I gave the go ahead - ‘go for it’ were my exact words. A couple of days later I went to pick up my bike. The bike was setup exactly the same as I brought it in - except with a new cassette and chain! I was charged $433 to have the exact same bike I brought in, and no closer to any extra climbing range. The worker was apologetic but $433 is a heap of money and I’m bitterly disappointed.

Very Very bad experience. Went for bicycle servicing but they refuse doing small jobs & push to get the whole cycle overhaul with extremely high prices. The staff is non-cooperative,arrogant & non-courteous. Never ever go to them.
