All the staff have been very friendly and accomodating and never once attempted to push a sale. As a customer, this makes every visit infinitely more comfortable. Having said that there was one staff who stood out to me: Travis. He has always been very friendly, honest, exceedingly eager to help and very courteous. Knowing that he is one of the mechanics in the shop is one of the bigger reasons among many why Trek Bicycle Cannington has been getting my patronage.
