A week ago, I bought a new Emonda ALR5 from a local retailer down south and after finding the derailleurs are not working as they should, booked a service online in Trek Cannington to get it fixed. I was surprised that the local retailer did not ensure that the bike sold to me was up to the Trek brand standards.
Michael rang me up the next day and had my bike fixed up a day later. He rang me up again to explain the works needed to be done. A full inspection was done to ensure the bike was up to safety standards. That was beyond my expectations as they went over the bike as if it was built by them from scratch. I am very grateful that they went beyond my service request.
