Collected my new Trek Dual Sport 3 a few days ago. Due to the pandemic, it has been a long wait since I put down a deposit 6 months ago. This is the 2nd time I purchased a new bike from Cannington branch. Customer service was as excellent as previously when I first bought a similar women’s model for my wife 2 years ago. The sales staff have been extremely accommodating and have also given me, and my wife, a generous discount on all accessories to go along with the new bike purchase. The fact that I’m a returning customer says it all. Keep up the good work!

My first bike was a $999 giant talon. A reasonable bike but cheap parts.
My second was a Scott scale 960, AWSOME bike, great looking for $1599.00 in 2021. Unfortunately it was stolen.
Now I’ve taken a leap of faith and purchased a X- calibre 8 for $2199..00 with a small discount as I had to kit myself up from scratch again as I sold all the gear that came with the Scott.
Trek is definitely a solid brand with quality build and equipment. Look forward to hitting the trails soon.

So refreshing to phone a business and have the call answered by an absolute professional who sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Even better when you arrive to receive outstanding service backed up by clear knowledge & advice. The boys were amazing from start to finish rebuilding my bike and giving it a top notch service and even though it’s near on four years old it looked brand-new when I was rolling it out of the shop and preformed like new all weekend.

I purchased as Trek Fuel 7 Medium dual suspension bike on Saturday 22/04/2021, great service and really helpful staff. I managed to get a little discount that helped out a lot. They set it all up for my son, it was just a great experience. Forget the high prices of used bikes, the extra little boot was worth it.
