Your customer service is truly exceptional which I could experience myself but also I could see how well you were helping the other bikers, while waiting to have my bike ready.
Thank you for helping me in my emergency situation. My bike broke during my ride and not only you figured out an unorthodox solution (you borrowed me a spare wheel to get home), fixed my bike in very short time and also kept the shop open after the closing hours to get everything sorted out.

the size 24 bike we got for my daughter is great quality, its super sturdy and just a dream to ride, and she loves it to bits. My wife had one go on it and wants to buy one for herself. The team member who served us was great and super accommodating and helped get my daughter to test ride the bike to she if she was ready for that size bike. Couldn't quite fit the bike in my car and the team removed the front wheel and showed me a trick to get it back on when we got home which was awesome. We have already recommended Trek Cannington to a few of our friends

Collected my new Trek Dual Sport 3 a few days ago. Due to the pandemic, it has been a long wait since I put down a deposit 6 months ago. This is the 2nd time I purchased a new bike from Cannington branch. Customer service was as excellent as previously when I first bought a similar women’s model for my wife 2 years ago. The sales staff have been extremely accommodating and have also given me, and my wife, a generous discount on all accessories to go along with the new bike purchase. The fact that I’m a returning customer says it all. Keep up the good work!

My first bike was a $999 giant talon. A reasonable bike but cheap parts.
My second was a Scott scale 960, AWSOME bike, great looking for $1599.00 in 2021. Unfortunately it was stolen.
Now I’ve taken a leap of faith and purchased a X- calibre 8 for $2199..00 with a small discount as I had to kit myself up from scratch again as I sold all the gear that came with the Scott.
Trek is definitely a solid brand with quality build and equipment. Look forward to hitting the trails soon.
