Need to give a shout out to these guys. My mate purchased two Trek bikes from here, we were given very reasonable advice about lead times during a pandemic (we drove all over Perth and couldn’t find a bike to buy) We received one bike about a month ago but have had huge problems with the second bike arriving in Perth. The staff went above and beyond to sort this situation out and didn’t just say “have a refund”. Two very happy blokes here getting back on the trails tomorrow and you have earned customers and supporters for life. Great team & fantastic shop.

The staff here are extremely well versed on the product knowledge as they know everything, and I mean absolutely everything, there is to know about their offerings. We bought this Marlin 7 for my son without being able to see, touch or sit on the bike...we bought it because of the quality of sales staff. At every interaction we had with staff from both Cannington and Joondalup branches, we had nothing but professional conduct and exemplary service from every single one of them. Well done.
