Friendly staff and great customer service. From reserving bikes, matching deals across stores, to making refund processes as easy as possible (no need to go instore, and received a timely follow-up phone call to let me know everything was processed), I really admire that the team doesn't complicate things for the customers. That kind of customer service is rare these days. I'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!

All the staff have been very friendly and accomodating and never once attempted to push a sale. As a customer, this makes every visit infinitely more comfortable. Having said that there was one staff who stood out to me: Travis. He has always been very friendly, honest, exceedingly eager to help and very courteous.
