I have written to Julianna Margulies twice now since April with the address that is listed in your database and the first time I wrote to her, she personalized the pictures that I sent and the second time she responded she wrote a very sweet message on the 2 pictures that I sent and I sent her 5 questions and she answered those as well. The turn around was about 2 weeks for the first response and about a month for the second response. I highly recommend using them.
