I had a crown fall off and Billerica Smiles was able to see me same day to get it taken care of. Katherine and Dr. Kozlowski were extremely thorough. They, as well as Brianna at the front desk were all super nice and helpful. And my favorite hygienist, Lynne, is there for my cleanings. In addition to the staff I dealt with I just want to mention how very clean and inviting their office space was. 😊 So happy to have Billerica Smiles for my dentist!

Staff was informative on what needed to be done. They went over all options with you so u could understand and then when it was time to do the procedure, they told me what they were going to do. During the process they would ask if I was ok. Thank you so much ladies
