I've traveled extensively and this is the first time I've ever used a travel agent. It made all the difference in our trip to Jamacia. Holly did an amazing job of directing us to the best room options and even suggested an airport VIP experience that saved us hours of standing in line. She was so responsive and alleviated any concerns we had. Working with Holly has made me wonder what I've missed out on when planning other trips! First Discount Travel will be my go to from now on!

Jerry worked with us for about a year planning our three week European adventure. He was helpful, patient and knowledgeable and guided us in how best to structure our trip to London and Ireland. The accommodations he booked for us were outstanding. He handled the headache of scheduling and booking tours (our headache—his specialty). It was my first time overseas and now want to go back. This was our first time using the First Discount Travel Agency. We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer. She was on top of our “Dream Vacation “ from the start. She answered all of our concerns when it came to travel outside of the country. She picked the best hotels. While planning our vacation we reached out to her a lot! She handled it right away. (We changed our seats a few times on different flights.). We met in person a few times as well and she spent time with us, going over our whole itinerary, making sure we had everything we needed. We used all of the transportation too! Planes, trains and automobiles! Everything was perfect. She booked it all! Even the tours she picked for us were perfect. I forgot to say we went to Italy. It was everything and more.

We booked our honeymoon to St. Lucia with Kelli Garcia and it was a great experience from start to finish! Kelli was very patient and knowledgeable and always had quick response times as we explored a variety of different destinations around the world until we decided on St. Lucia. We ended up booking at Sandals Regency La Toc and her description of the resort and the island were very accurate and we found all of her recommendations very helpful. She booked our resort, airfare, and a helicopter transfer for us and everything went so smoothly. Highly recommend working with Kelli and her team!

It’s always easy, and fun, working with Jerry Katz of First Discount Travel. When planning our Honeymoon travel, he listened to what we identified as most important to us and then guided us to the best and SAFEST destinations to choose from. We ended up selecting an all-inclusive, Butler Suite at Sandals Grand Antigua. A week before our Honeymoon, he called to review all travel information and answer any questions we may have had. That was very much appreciated for a nervous Bride who had so many things on her mind. He also helped calm my nerves the morning of our travel when there were a few minor travel delays at the airport. Everything ended up going fine and when we finally made it to the Sandals Grande Antigua resort, we knew we had made the best Honeymoon destination decision. We LOVED our time in Antigua, the service we received from the Butler staff, and made some beautiful memories we won’t soon forget. We’ll be back SOON to book our next destination vacation, and we’re certain we’ll love our next destination as much, if not more than this one. THANKS JERRY!

We worked with Holly to book a trip to Ireland for May 2025. Our experience with Holly was phenomenal. Holly and her husband had booked the same trip a few years earlier, so I did very little research on my own. We stayed at some awesome places and had a private driver for the Ring of Kerry. Listen to her recommendations and make sure you stay at the Ashford Castle!

First Discount Travel - Working with professionals makes a difference. Brandee Reasor helped us coordinate a wonderful trip to Secrets Wild Orchid resort in Jamaica - Our trip was AMAZING!!! Starting with no idea of where to go, Brandee took time to meet via phone to hear our interest and offered several suggestions within our budget. Her personal knowledge really helped us feel we had an idea of what we were getting but had no clue it would be so much more than we expected. Using our feedback about night life, Brandee offered use a preferred room at Secrets which gave us butler service and also allowed us access to the amazing Breathless resort entertainment, grounds, rooftop bar, infinity pool and restaurant which offered amazing views of the beautiful Jamaican hillside. Brandee's' ability to suggest little add-ons that are now part of our normal travel plan (Club Mobay was well worth the additional cost) and helpful reminders, touch base call as we got closer to our trip date and follow up post trip really let us know she appreciated our business. Our very knowledgeable travel professional, Deanna, helped us choose the vacation of our dreams. 10/10 we would travel to Secrets Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, and use First Discount Travel again! My brother had highly recommended Holly @ FDT for a DisneyWorld vacation, and I understand why! She knew just what to choose for us! It was so nice to not have to figure out the flights! The Disney resort she chose was perfect for us! Having her handle our park tickets and reservations was SO helpful. Most importantly, her expertise, recommendations and explanations of how everything Disney works was priceless! She made meal reservations FOR us (with our consent!) when we dragged our feet because we had NO IDEA, and we loved her selections! We'd never been to a Rainforest Cafe before, and how cool was that! And the Liberty Tree Tavern was remarkable. We will definitely contact Holly @ FDT again for future travel plans, and have already recommended her to others. 12/27/2024: I wanted to update my review after returning from our 2nd stellar trip organized by Holly @ FDT! I called her for help -- we wanted a Caribbean all-inclusive experience but had never travelled outside the US! We had no idea what we wanted. I think we were a challenging party as 2 non-drinkers bringing our 21-yr-old son who was ready to party! Holly asked questions about our likes/dislikes/interests/budget, etc and recommended the Hyatt Zilara in Cancun. Everything was perfect from flights to transportation to the choice of resort. Holly had prepped us on all the need-to-knows as inexperienced travellers and we were better-prepared than many other travellers we encountered (regarding transportation, taxes, tipping, and more!). We will definitely be booking with Holly again & can't recommend her enough!
