I submitted a couple of paintings for appraisal. Kelly contacted me the next day with the results. Although my items were not treasures, she was so encouraging, and thanked me for choosing Heritage. We received a letter from our home insurance company that it had been over 5 years since our fine art appraisals were updated. We contacted Kelly and she prepared a proposal for us. She also suggested calling the insurance firm to verify the 5 year interval. We contacted the company and they confirmed a mistake had been made. It was not necessary to re-appraise our collection because updated appraisals were received about 2 years ago. That speaks volumes for the quality of service provided by Heritage Appraisals, LLC.
