Kelly was better at communicating with us than anyone our family has worked with in the process of settling our parents estate. A lot of information she needed was long gone, so her job wasn't easy, but she figured it out and we were more than happy. Would highly recommend them.

I have been trying for months to get information about a painting my mom has. I had googled and contacted so many places, but unfortunately not very many responses. Then late one night I was on Google and I found Heritage Appraisals, so I emailed and not more than 10 minutes later I received a response from Kelly. I was shocked because I honestly didn’t expect to hear back. Kelly is so kind, caring and helpful and she thinks with her heart, which you don’t find very often especially in California. Kelly said she isn’t the right person to help me because I needed someone to authenticate the painting and not appraise the painting, which I never thought of. So here is a person that could have told me anything and what did she do? She guided me in the right direction. She asked for my zip code and found some contacts for me. I just couldn’t believe that someone who doesn’t even know me would go out of her way to help me! We have something closed to our hearts in common and I wish we would live closer, so I could meet Kelly in person.
