The owner was very responsive to my questions and helped me settle on a final design. He is very helpful in coming up with the design, etc. Curtis has made at least four personalized signs for me that I give as shower/wedding gifts and each time the couple has loved such a unique gift.Curtis does amazing work. Keep readingThis was my first experience ordering from Heartwood and I am happy to say that everything about the process was fantastic from start to finish I needed a special gift for my 25th anniversary and they delivered a beautiful product that was exactly as I hoped it would come out and that my wife absolutely loved. I had some questions before I placed the order and Curtis answered me right away, personally. What I ordered was not easy to execute because it involved fitting in a significant amount of writing, but Curtis pulled it off impeccably. I cannot rate Heartwood highly enough!
