I was ordering a set of pens as a gift, and Curtis was kind enough to email me photos of the personalized product before mailing it to the recipient so I could see what it looked like, and then also gift wrapped the set for me and included a note card with my message to the recipient. Very friendly, fast, and responsive service.

They were very willing to work with me to make it “just right,” even though I asked to see different options several times. It also arrived much sooner than I expected even though it shipped from Canada and I’m in the US. Hope to make good use of this journal for many years to come! Definitely would recommend.
