His professionalism, promptness, and customer excellence exceeded our expectations. Our company ordered award gifts that were last minute and he reassured me that he could handle the task. Our order arrived before the planned time, and the pen and cases were beautiful. The engraving was done nicely. Working with Curtis was so easy and he handled everything so promptly. Thank you again Curtis - we will not hesitate for one second to use you again for other projects.

Keep readingI have purchased many items from Heartwood Gifts, especially the wooden pens with free engraving and the Rustico switchback leather notebook journals. I have been completely satisfied with every article and the speed in which the orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered. Once, I ordered a pen and asked for a certain font. Curtis decided he did not like the look of the pen and sent me a new pen with a different font. Not only did he do this, but he included the other pen, so I ended up with two pens for the price of one. I asked for the notebooks to have a quote centred on the book and the name of the person receiving the book at the bottom. Curtis did this at no extra cost and the end product was simply amazing. I was so impressed, I immediately ordered two more of these books for friends as they are a beautiful gift, considering the cost of the notebook, especially for a professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their products and services are second to none and Curtis is the epitome of a true professional who cares about his customers' satisfaction. Thank you Curtis and I can guarantee that when I am looking for that special gift for someone I will always look to your website first. Sincerely Necole E. Belanger
