They worked with me to provide a proof prior to creating which helped with getting an error fixed that I made. They were very good ... Keep readingI was looking for a reasonably priced, personalizable, quality leather journal and I found exactly that at Heartwood gifts. They were very willing to work with me to make it “just right,” even though I asked to see different options several times. It also arrived much sooner than I expected even though it shipped from Canada and I’m in the US. Hope to make good use of this journal for many years to come! Definitely would recommend.
