To open a Heartwood sign or leather product will cause the recipient to weep, “And I sent him big-box socks.” Ratings? For quick response, for interpretation, for suggestions, for quality: full marks all. In my 7 or 8 decades I have not experienced a more pleasurable shopping adventure.
