4 years agoI can't say enough about every aspect of this journal. I contacted Heartwood to make sure the paper would work with my fountain pen (avoiding massive feathering). I contacted Heartwood to make sure the paper would work with my fountain pen (avoiding massive feathering). I received a reply quickly and placed my order immediately. I took advantage of the free laser personalization. My journal arrived very quickly and, to be completely honest, looked and felt SO MUCH BETTER than the photos (and it already looked great there). The quality of the leather and the paper is exceptional. There was even a handwritten note on the packing slip that came in the box. I'm not sure what will be written in this journal, but I have a feeling it will be (for me) something wonderful. I look forward to another one once this one is filled up.
