2 years agoI phoned on Thursday Curtis was kind enough to put a rush on it and picked up my sign Friday. The sign was exactly what I wanted. Is was a gift and my friend cried when she saw it. Your packaging for shipment is superb - compact, secure and safe from potential damage!The keepsake boxes will suit my gift purpose very well. The maple wood grain shows very nicely and I like the natural finish. Keep readingI rarely do any reviews but I felt compelled to give Heartwood Gifts five stars and tell people TO BUY FROM THEM! Wow, such beautiful and usefull products. They are timely in getting your purchase to you and super helpful in getting what you order exactly as you want. I bought a stunning leather journal that I plan to have friends of a recently passed away colleague write a story about and then give it to his wife for something she will certainly treasure and be proud to place in her home for people to see. It's also engraved and Curtis contacted me to make sure the engraving was done perfectly. Thanks to this company for outstanding service and CARING about their customers!!!
