Keep readingI have purchased many items from Heartwood Gifts, especially the wooden pens with free engraving and the Rustico switchback leather notebook journals. I have been completely satisfied with every article and the speed in which the orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered. Once, I ordered a pen and asked for a certain font. Curtis decided he did not like the look of the pen and sent me a new pen with a different font. Not only did he do this, but he included the other pen, so I ended up with two pens for the price of one. I asked for the notebooks to have a quote centred on the book and the name of the person receiving the book at the bottom. Curtis did this at no extra cost and the end product was simply amazing. I was so impressed, I immediately ordered two more of these books for friends as they are a beautiful gift, considering the cost of the notebook, especially for a professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their products and services are second to none and Curtis is the epitome of a true professional who cares about his customers' satisfaction.
