I contacted Marshall Electronics and spoke to Thomas initially who made the whole process so easy, I was able to explain in simple language, he understood and provided solution without using jargons which was absolutely fantastic! He booked Tom to carry out the work, who went extra mile to help us to resolve an issue he discovered during the work with old aerial. Tom made sincere efforts to fix the issue temporarily, he was so focused. There was seamless communication between both of them. Thomas recommended someone who will help to fix the aerial issue permanently at later date. Great guys to work with, excellent service, hassle free and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
