Top notch all round. Prompt, friendly communication to my email enquiry. On-site service was great. Francois from Marshall attended to sort failed kitchen lights. He arrived on schedule (slightly early even - but he texted to advise). Friendly and knowledgeable. He made some good suggestions for the problem lights (no pressure - he was happy to replace like with like but his suggestions were sensible and cost effective, so they were implemented). He also tidied up some cabling that was a bit of a mess (from previous work done by a different outfit). He was in and out within an hour. Excellent stuff. Thanks very much.

Great team, was punctual and great communication. They also were very mindful of working indoors and cleaned everything. Didn’t have to worry about having them move around the house with kids around. Technician that came out was very friendly and explained how to use the new product which was just an example of going above and beyond.
