Couldn't give a better rating! They so exceeded expectations and really went far above and beyond. Cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am - we will not deal with anyone else going forward if we can help it. True professionals, and communication upfront is outstanding! This really sets Thomas and the team apart, and I believe it will really pay dividends! After explaining our issue over the phone, I was provided with clear, accurate and simple instructions on what to do and not to do and the fittings I needed to get before they arrived. I also ran an alternative solution past him, and he was quick to explain why it would not work which was great!!
The work was done on time, and to such a great standard. Really could not be happier. A , 10/10 - what more can I say.
