We needed some ceiling fans installed and because of the excellent reviews, we decided to go with Marshall Electrics. They did an excellent job with great communication (thank you Rebecca & Tom). There was a small issue with one of the fan installs in one of the rooms where and I needed to have purchased a WIFI remote so this would operate correctly - not being a fan expert, this was my fault for not purchasing initially but Tom provided me with all of the information I needed. The overall cost for the install was very reasonable and they did a fantastic job. Marshall Electrics needed to come back to install the WIFI remote unit which was a small job which they did not charge us for. If it was possible to give a 10 star rating, I would have done it. Highly recommend this company and we will certainly be using Marshall Electrics for all of our future electrical works. Many thanks!

Thanks to Thomas on the phone for a wonderful response with sorting through our problem when we found ourselves with no power on a Sunday afternoon. The steps he took to pinpoint where our problem was to see if it could be fixed remotely was really appreciated. When we found that a technician was needed Jonathon was there within the hour from the other side of auckland and a short while later the main switch had been replaced and job completed. Absolutely would use their services again.
