Greg was extremely professional and thorough in his diagnosis, repair and cleaning of our dryer air vent. He explained what he needed to do before working on it and then demonstrated to us how the system was improved as a result of the cleaning and repair. Highly recommend this business!

Greg from Doodlebuggers installed our BEAUTIFUL logs. He was polite, very competent, and efficient. I would recommend him highly. Tom at the Destin location of Doodlebuggers worked so hard to please us(and we are beyond pleased), and he got our logs for us before Christmas. GO SEE TOM AND GREG at Doodlebuggers!!!!!!

We are very pleased to give a thumbs up review to Susanna and the Destin Doodlebuggers team. When we bought our home, the outdoor kitchen drop-in grill was assessed by a capable team. When it was determined what would be needed, Susanna went to bat for us with her knowledge and persistence. Having a certified dealer work on your behalf was everything. She determined what was under warranty and what was not. While the process was not quick, it was thorough, and in the end, we have an almost new grill that we plan to enjoy for years to come. Thank you, Doodlebuggers, for your excellent service. We would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had fireplace log set installed. On/off remote worked in reverse. Got run around over coming out to switch the wiring. Then about the 4th time we used the logs they wouldn't turn off. I burned my hand doing it manually. The next day a technician came out and discovered the wires were burned through. Now I am told a warranty claim was submitted to the manufacturer. The wires were not placed correctly or they wouldn't have burned through. Now I have an $800 non functional set of logs with the winter passing by. I am screwed. I am editing this and improving the rating based on a phone call from Tom the manager at the Destin location. I had bad incomplete information from the Pensacola office. A new burner has been ordered and will be installed regardless of the warranty issue. The problem developed because of a steel reflector I have at the back of my fireplace. It should have been removed before the remote unit was installed. I appreciate the follow up from Tom and hope to improve the rating even more when I have a fire going again. Wow, Doodlebugers came through for me. Came late and worked overtime to get me back into operation. Quick and quality effort by Malcolm and son. Thank you Doodlebugers!
