Our tech, Greg Clear, was a wealth of information and walked me through all of the functions of our gas log system. He could not have been more professional, or helpful. I highly recommend he and Doodlebuggers for service and repairs.

We had a great experience with Doodlebuggers repairing and cleaning our fireplace! They were very easy to communicate and schedule with, and made a huge effort to let us know any time they had cancellations that might open availability for us sooner. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very polite and professional. On repair day, our technician, Robert, was professional and kind. He thoroughly explained the work he did, a further repair that may be needed, and even took time to walk me through resetting the pilot light and switch. Very happy with the customer experience and service we've received, would definitely recommend Doodlebuggers, and will use them for any future work needed!

5/5 stars – each star for customer care, product quality, atmosphere, speed, and value. I was impressed by the huge selection of fireplaces and grill accessories at Doodlebuggers Fireplace, Grill and Outdoor Store. The showroom had beautiful decorations, a welcoming ambiance and a great variety of electric fireplaces, gas fireplaces and outdoor kitchens. The staff were knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect model, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress‑free. Amanda is amazing and very helpful
