Doodlebuggers did an outstanding job with the cleaning and repairs of our two fireplaces. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and competent . The communication with the office staff made the entire process hassle free. In addition, their quote for the suggested repairs was more reasonable than the quote we received from a competitor.

Doodlebuggers was able to repair my fireplace which has a sooting problem for over two years. I have had four separate Fireplace Companies try to fix my soothing problems and nobody could figure it out, some actually recommended that I replace the complete system with a cost of several thousand dollars. Doodlebuggers came to my house cleaned my fireplace and recommended I remove a obstruction to the vent, after removing the fireplace still sooted , they returned and completly disassembled the logs, adjusted the burner and cleaned the whole fireplace again. Finally after 2 years problem fixed at no additional cost. I would strongly recommend this company and they are the only company I would use going forward.

Before the tech arrived I received a text stating exactly who was coming out and a brief Bio on him. He was very polite and serviced my ventless gas fireplace. Highly recommend!
