I'm 62 and I haven't bought a bike since my 20's. I'm surprised at how much nicer bikes are these days. No more exposed cables or caliper brakes. Easy shifting. I was also happy with the technician (Matt) who assembled my bike and took the time to introduce me to its features. He even loaded it into my car for me.

I recently bought my second e-bike and bike hitch here. This store and staff was awesome, firstly there is a vast range of bike options, secondly the staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating and really seem to love the job. I purchased my first e-bike online and this was by far a better experience, these guys gave me all the discounts and saved me quite a bit of money. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Columbia

Don't really leave reviews but figured I needed to at this point. Always gotten great service getting parts ordered, getting our bikes running smoothly, giving maintenance advice, etc. Plus, the clearance center is great for miscellaneous kit at good prices.
