Update: Decided the dual sport was not my style. It was a VERY nice bike, but after 1 mile of riding, I just wasn't feeling it. Harper assisted me and I was able to get into a X Caliber 8! I know.... two completely different bikes, but I think my style of riding/comfort lies within mountain bikes.
Harper is also VERY knowledgeable and passionate about his job! Explained so much about the bike to me, and gave me a class of instruction on how to properly demount or repair the tubeless system on my new bike and went over all the maintenance and some other neat features on the bike. This trek store truly has some of the best employees working there! I will be back to get my wife a bike soon!
Very good customer service! Paalo (very knowledgeable and nice) had my DS2 Gen5 waiting for me when I arrived. They also installed the kickstand and some accessories I wanted to add to it as well. He also went over all the features and maintenance as well!
Very patient/no pressure to buy anything atmosphere. Once we are ready, we will pick up another DS2 for my wife! I shouldn't have taken her there lolol

service. Mark and Hans are AMAZING! I wholeheartedly recommend this bike shop to anyone and everyone. I will be back to purchase a new bike for my wife in the spring.

Trek has great quality products and the Columbia location has great customer service! The staff are very friendly and helpful! I was able to get help right away. I went in looking for a new bike and left with a new bike, with all accessories (water bottle cages, lights, kickstand) installed for me! I'm very happy with it!

Trek Columbia has helped me twice.
I broke the frame on my new bike and they worked hard on my behalf to get it replaced. Then, my bike ( same one) got stolen and they made it possible for me to get a new one.
