Dr Leal and his proactive staff have been our family's dentist for 25 years. Covered us for cleanings, crowns, x-rays panoramic, fillings, root canal referrals from ages 7 to over 100. Always expert work done right the first time with a friendly reassuring demeanor. 5 star service!!!!

I love the Doctors and staff in this group. Dr. Hudson Spangler assessed my teeth and suggested a plan of action. He is awesome. I had no pain throughout my procedures. He is so courteous, professional and caring. His desire is to correct the issues and leave you with a beautiful smile. Dr. Johnson painlessly extracted my tooth and prepared the area for the tooth implant. I now have my "New Tooth" while continuing to fix remaining issues. I have my full smile back thanks to Doctors Hudson Spangler and Johnson. You are the "BEST" ever!!! Dr. Young, Sarah, and everyone at the clinic made my first visit such a pleasure.
Staff were wonderful and thoughtful with pre-appt tasks. They took insurance information over the phone, sent appt reminders, and had an online patient form. It made checking in for the appt frictionless.
Staff were great about communicating expectations and provided a clear timeline for my care, especially since it had been a while since I had visited a dentist.
Dr. Young's had wonderful bedside manner and was very thorough. After his exam, I was able to book both my cleanings for the year. Exceptional service.
I understand why several of my coworkers highly recommended this office. This is a superior dental office.

I have a huge fear of getting any type of dental work done. Therefore, I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time. Unfortunately. I broke a crown and didn’t have a dentist. I did some research online and asked for feedback from Facebook friends. I called the office of Dr Leal, Spangler, Johnson and Young.
Everyone was very nice and I got an appt with Dr.
Young the next day. He was so understanding, patient and very kind and empathetic to my situation. He was incredible! I don’t think I have ever had a dentist so understanding. His nurse/assistant was so helpful and kind also. She took a lot of time with me to make sure I was okay with everything she was doing. She was very patient also. My next appt is April 10th to have a lot of work done. I am so glad I called this office.

I have recently joined this dentist group for treatment and have Dr. Young as my dentist. He has been phenomenal especially since he has had to fix what my previous dentist Dr. Hatampa at the dentist in kernersville messed up.
Dr. Young is extremely kind, caring, positive, supportive and very good at his profession. So far he has done a root canal and extracted a molar as well as got rid of an infected abscess that my previous dentist caused. He is very gentle and attentive to giving the patient what they need so that the process is as painless as possible.
I have no experience with any of the other dentist here but if they are anything like Dr. Young you can’t go wrong with.
I don’t waste my time writing reviews unless I feel strongly about something that is worth writing so that others can know and not have to go through a terrible experience like I did with my previous dentist but know that they will have a great experience like I have had at my current dentist.
