I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Leal, Spangler and Young. I have had many cleanings over the years with many hygienist. All of them have been excellent. I have been going to the end for nearly 20 years. I introduced my husband to them about eight years ago. I love the attention, that they give you personally. And I love the fact that they don’t try to “find“ things wrong to make you pay extra money. The office is so well equipped, and decorated with Winston Salem photos hung proudly on the walls Great Job!!! The Bakers

I'm so happy to find this practice and Dr. Leal. This is only my second visit here but I can tell this is a professional and caring practice.. I had a bad experience with another practice in town. I Called Dr Leal's office and they were able to get me in within a few days. My anxiety from having a horrible experience with another dentist made me very hesitant to go anywhere else but I feel like this practice knows what they're doing so if you're looking for a dental office that seems to put their patients first don't look any further. I highly recommend this place.

Always a great experience here. Dr Leal is the very best and Amanda is so patient and kind to an old lady who is still scared of getting her teeth cleaned. I highly reccomend this practice!

I was truly the and blessed to be able to get connected with this office and am extremely satisfied with the service of care that am am receiving. I received the most outstanding treatment at my last visit. I literally cried like a baby to see the amazing results from my dental care. Even kind enough to gently introduce my 4 YO granddaughter to the dental world! 9 months later...Another 5 Star visit ...met their newest DDM Blake Young....smart and friendly, will be an excellent addition to staff. 2 years later.. Saw Dr Young today on short notice for a cracked tooth. Friendly informative visit. Dental Assistant Sara was wonderful. They fixed me up quickly and without any pain. 5 star...for a crown, with in office crown production. No need to return!
