Drs. Spangler (father and son) are caring, thorough, and consistent dentists. My family and I have been seeing him for over 22 years. Meredith is our dental hygienist and she does an amazing job on me and my two young adult children. Everyone in the office is kind and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Leal, Spangler and Young. I have had many cleanings over the years with many hygienist. All of them have been excellent.
I have been going to the end for nearly 20 years. I introduced my husband to them about eight years ago. I love the attention, that they give you personally. And I love the fact that they don’t try to “find“ things wrong to make you pay extra money. The office is so well equipped, and decorated with Winston Salem photos hung proudly on the walls
