Randy was great working collaboratively through what the goals of our home gym were. He didnt push the most expensive products but rather the ones that best fit what we were looking for. He was very helpful on advising on products that he didnt provide himself as well. The delivery of the products was seamless, and overall he was a pleasure to deal with.

Randy was super-helpful with my purchase of an exercise bike and a home weight bench. He didn't recommend simply the most expensive bike but worked through the various options with me to make sure I got the bike that was right for my needs.
Also, when one of the pieces came damaged (from the factory) he worked to make sure I got a replacement right away and brought it out to me himself.
In short, Randy is great to work with and I will use GymTech Southampton for any future fitness equipment purchases.
