The staff was amazing and able to get me in for a quick sealant top off and once over on my bike before going to hit the trails for the day. Everyone was super welcoming and I have to say its nice feeling like someone in a service center (for anything) actually cares about your things too!

Best bike store in town. Every time I’ve been in, they have been helpful with picking the right bike, getting it sized to me, and they even fixed my bike rack! I’ll be a Trek customer for life.

Excellent customer service. Staff went above and beyond to solve a challenging issue with upgrading components on my older bike. Most stores would have said it couldn't be done, and then tried to upsell me a new bike. Not these guys, they applied their expertise and figured it out. Even refunded me for parts they thought would be necessary at the start, but they didn't end up using. I would have no way of knowing that, but they showed integrity, and only charged me for what was necessary. Very impressed!

I hadn't put air in my bike tires in like a year, and was so nervous to take my bike anywhere, but everyone was so friendly and helpful at Trek that it made the experience easy and fun!! I highly recommend to go here for any questions or help you need on your bike. This place is the bees knees!!
