I highly recommend Trek. I first visited when I got a flat tire just down the street, and luckily, Chris was there to help. He quickly fixed my bike and was incredibly helpful and compassionate throughout the process. If you're in need of bike repairs, Chris is definitely the person to see! Since then, I’ve returned to Trek for all my bike-related needs — whether it's repairs, advice, or new purchases. The entire staff is always super knowledgeable and ready to help, making each visit a great experience!

I called ahead to the Trek Boulder store to check on availability of the bike I was looking for. They had one in stock, but it was not yet assembled. They offered to assemble it for me on the same day, if I was ready to buy it. It was put together in a few hours and I was able to get it the same day and use it that weekend. This was a great effort and the work they did seems to be top-notch. I appreciated the effort and was very pleased with their work. Thank you, Trek Boulder!

Jim was super helpful and knowledgeable! I am new to gravel biking and needed to understand tube vs tubeless and process to make the change. It was a fast turnaround too! Then I attended a free flat fix class and that was really informative. Feeling ready to hit the gravel!

His enthusiasm for bikes is contagious, matched only by his exceptional skill and professionalism. He went above and beyond to get the bike dialed in perfectly, clearly loving the challenge of reviving a classic. It rides better than ever—couldn't ask for a better experience. What a great experience! Went in to buy a $1000 bike and the people ( the manager ) who helped us was so good we spent three times as much ….. walked out without any buyers remorse and even for got something at the store and the assistant manager mailed it to us ! Again fantastic experience, love the bike and the store . I would highly recommend!!!
