Jim was super helpful and knowledgeable! I am new to gravel biking and needed to understand tube vs tubeless and process to make the change. It was a fast turnaround too! Then I attended a free flat fix class and that was really informative. Feeling ready to hit the gravel!

His enthusiasm for bikes is contagious, matched only by his exceptional skill and professionalism. What a great experience! Went in to buy a $1000 bike and the people ( the manager ) who helped us was so good we spent three times as much ….. walked out without any buyers remorse and even for got something at the store and the assistant manager mailed it to us ! Again fantastic experience, love the bike and the store . I would highly recommend!!!

I came in with a clunky 1999 Trek mountain bike, knowing it needed some serious help. Jim was my technician and he had a close look at the bike and discussed my options for fixing it up. Basically, it needed a whole new drivetrain, new rear wheel, and new shifters. I was quite frankly fine to continue riding the bike until it literally fell apart, but I am fortunate to have talked to Jim who lent his incredible expertise to my bike. When he rolled it out, I could tell he did an absolutely fantastic job, and it rode like new! I was quite literally grinning the whole ride home on the bike.
Jim was extremely quick and finished with my bike the very next day. He was extremely transparent, friendly, and knowledgeable. I fully recommend this bike shop due to the quality of their technicians. It’s not every day you go to a run of the mill bike shop and those technicians have 20-30 years of experience. Thanks Jim!!!
