Needed a new brake cable with housing and some lost hardware. Same day repair at reasonable cost with some good-enough for now hardware. Decent pricing, fast turnaround, nice folks with ideas for more permanent fixes later. Friendly to e-bikes!

Had a great experience at trek Cambridge. Helpful customer service, solid warranty/service plans, and a big selection of bikes. Was a bit expensive but that’s what you’re gonna get with buying a decent bike nowadays.

Addison and Zach were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me understand what I needed to know about my bike. I am brand new to this sport and they were patient and never let me feel dumb even though I asked many dumb questions. I cannot speak highly enough of them and will absolutely be a Trek Cambridge gal going forward.

I had a great experience here. I needed a replacement brake lever and one of the mechanics was able to fetch one from another store in the area. The Trek warranty covered the entire repair, which was amazing.

Kind and helpful! My brake cables froze on my commute home during a cold spell, and, ten minutes before closing time, they not only fixed it immediately, but gave me a run-down of how they were troubleshooting the problem. I'd give a 6th star if I could.

I had never been to this store before but it is very close to our house so I brought in a kids WOOM bike that we had gotten for our grandkid for Christmas. We did not even buy it there nor did they seem to sell them but Eric in the service department took one look at it and recognized the problem with the new bike and fixed it and gave it a quick tune up and I was off in less than 30 minutes. I was blown away. And Eric was super nice and explained everything. Definitely going back for service and to buy a bike next time in the market. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
