I had never been to this store before but it is very close to our house so I brought in a kids WOOM bike that we had gotten for our grandkid for Christmas. We did not even buy it there nor did they seem to sell them but Eric in the service department took one look at it and recognized the problem with the new bike and fixed it and gave it a quick tune up and I was off in less than 30 minutes. I was blown away. And Eric was super nice and explained everything. Definitely going back for service and to buy a bike next time in the market. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

These people are awesome, and you can trust that your bike is in the hands of professionals - I worked with Zack and he was super accommodating when I wasn't sure how to get my bicycle from Boston, MA to Hawaii; they didn't try to sell me anything - just helped with educating me through the process of using BikeFlights and helped prepare my bike for shipment across the Pacific. I did get my handlebars re-wrapped and a seat changed beforehand. Zack was beyond patient and understanding of my situation. Whenever I called in from Hawaii to check on my bike, someone on the team always picked up. They're very responsive, and huge plus - they know members of the larger biking community so they're one of us! Thank you Zack and team -- my bike came in today, and the only thing I wish for now is your shop to open a branch in Honolulu so I can help bring in customers here!

I'm on my third Trek FX3. One stolen, one in NYC and one in Boston. I ride them 13 miles every day, on pothole filled streets, banging over curbs, down stairs, and more. These bikes are built tough, workhorse commuters. Fast when i need to beat buses and red lights, precise when i need to navigate through crowds and alleys. Also, with Trek, i can go into the Trek shop in either Manhattan or Cambridge MA (my usual location), and I know that the bike will be treated well. I get a level 2 service every year so i can trust the bike is safe and road ready. The mechanics are pros, friendly, and I trust the quality of the work. Customer for life.

This was my first time going to this shop. The staff were great. I walked in after getting a flat on a ride nearby, and they had me back on the road very quickly. The gentleman who did the repair was friendly and professional and in addition to the repair, he also tucked the second tube I purchased right into my emergency road kit. Most other places I've been would have just handed me the box to do it myself. When I arrived home, I also noticed that he had replaced a missing plastic cap at the end of my bars, which was a really nice surprise. Small things add up when it comes to customer service! Showing your customers that you care by taking extra steps doesn't go unnoticed, especially these days. Another gentleman there took a few moments to chat with me about headlights and was really helpful and informative. He also pointed out some of the sales they were having and helped me sign up for their mailing list for coupons. I would absolutely return here in the future after such a pleasant experience!
