Great shop. They do excellent repair and maintenance work for all brands of bikes, not just Trek. Prices are reasonable, and they will help you out quickly if you think something needs to get tweaked or checked. Great place to buy a bike as well. Cool, friendly employees who devote themselves to the various forms of cycling so they can offer you the insights you need when you are shopping, getting repairs or just trying to learn more about maintaining your bike yourself or to discover new places to ride.
They worked on my Cannondale Topstone gravel bike for 2 years, until I got hit by a car, and then they did a great job assessing the damage and providing a quote and valid reasons for the driver's insuarance to replace that bike with an equivalent Trek Checkpoint. That Checkpoint is a great bike, even more capable off road than my Topstone due to wider handlebars and perhaps other aspects of the geometry. They set it up tubeless too, and I have enjoyed that. [Although I must add that it seems the latest Checkpoint models have now gone to 1x chainrings and I am not a fan of this - I use mine as my commuter/shopping/everything bike as well as for off-road riding for fun so feel like I need the higher ratios 2x offers and am glad I got one of the last ones like this.] I also have a steel-frame Schwinn LeTour 10-speed from 1980 or something that was a finicky bastard but they got working well enough that I could ride it to Wachusett and back, it was my main ride while my accident stuff got sorted out, and it is my bike for long pure road rides. They have worked on my son's 24" Giant XTC jr kid's sorta (rigid fork) mountain bike as well.
They have some great mountain bikes. I test rode a Fuel EX from this shop on the Fells orange loop and loved it, will buy this or some other downcountry or xc model once I sort out storage in my apartment building for it. The Madone looks like an amazing road bike too - also want.
I've been holding out on this review since I don't want them to get so busy that they are backed up when my bikes need work, but they deserve some recognition. I had lots of issues finding a good shop in the area before I found them.
